Optical testing devices

Test device for sealing ring assembly

This testing device guarantees an inexpensive, easy-to-use and reliable visual check for the presence of sealing rings. The actual inspection is carried out with a vision sensor. The sensor takes an image and compares it with a reference image.

This assembly comes from our own development and production. Programming and commissioning are carried out in-house.

It is delivered function-tested.

Pre-assembly of optical inspection units

The camera units, each with one vision sensor and four laser pointers, are used to facilitate the assembly and visual inspection of four screw connection points during the series assembly of vehicle cross-members.

Functions:

Display of the respective screw position on the component using a laser pointer
Monitoring the correct position of the screwdriver and subsequent release for tightening
First check: “Disk present”
Second check: “Screw present”

Ready-to-install assembly for electric forklift trucks

Steering angle limiter as a separate, ready-to-install assembly

The steering angle limiter is a mechanical lock on the steering unit that is used on forklift trucks in high-bay warehouses.

It limits the steering angle to max. 3° to the right and left. This prevents the steering angle from being turned unintentionally, thereby avoiding the risk of accidents.

The construction was provided by the customer. prukon delivers tested, ready-to-install assemblies to the assembly line.
