We don’t just deal with the actual machining of your parts. We are happy to incorporate our experience right from the development phase of your products.
We check the manufacturability of the parts, discuss with you the clamping technology suitable for production and optimize the individual production steps. We also plan and implement the necessary quality assurance.
A clearly defined production process guarantees quality, delivery reliability and an optimum price-performance ratio.
Prototype production
Prototypes, pilot series and initial sample delivery – important milestones in the development of new products
We accompany your parts from the design stage through prototype and pilot series production to series delivery.
The prompt completion of prototypes makes a decisive contribution to reducing development times on the way to series production of a product.
We produce prototypes based on drawings, sketches, customer samples or data models. Supported by modern production planning and control systems, we create work and test plans.
We are happy to prepare initial sample test reports in accordance with VDA and/or PPAP.

The systematic path to flawlessness
As a competent partner in series production, we have our processes under control.
To ensure that this is the case, we use effective quality tools even before production starts. By using FMEA, we can avoid potential errors and their consequences from the outset. We incorporate all the know-how of our experienced employees into the investigations. This enables us to achieve a stable production process and the quantities you require as quickly as possible.
By using the FMEA methodology, we are constantly increasing our production know-how through systematic improvements to the production process.
Process capability / machine capability
Safety and quality of production processes
The process capability analysis determines the relationship between the frequency distribution of a measurable quality characteristic and the tolerance specified for this characteristic.
The aim of the study is to make statements about the “quality capability” of the process that produces this feature.
Based on the machine capability test, we achieve maximum safety and quality throughout the entire production process by determining the process capability.
Automation
Increased efficiency through in-house automation
In order to be able to manufacture even more economically, we take the automation of our machine tools into our own hands. Our in-house development department creates efficient solutions that make it possible to partially or completely replace cost-intensive manual loading and unloading.
