Machining of materials above 56 HRC

With the latest generation of CNC turning and milling centers and a complete manufacturing service package, we can of course also take on the complete machining of your workpieces.

By selecting the right machining tools in conjunction with optimum milling strategies, we are able to machine ferrous materials in a hardened state.

This technology enables the dimensionally accurate finishing of molds and dies after the hardening process and thus enables a significant reduction in throughput times. In particular, we machine free-form contours with ball or torus cutters in dry running.

Depending on the material of the workpieces, we machine materials with a hardness of up to 65 HRC.

    • Zeiss PRISMO navigator, measuring range 900 x 1200 x 650 mm,

  • Garant HC1 height gauge
  • Contour measuring system optacom VC-10
  • Surface roughness measuring device Garant ST1
  • Hardness tester alphaDUR

Wire erosion of the finest structures

By expanding our machine park with modern wire erosion systems from Mitsubishi Electric, we are able to offer high-precision wire erosion work for small series and series production.

Performance data of our CNC water bath wire EDM systems, with wire threading and automatic fine hole detection:
Travel paths: 500 x 350 x 300 mm
Surface finish: up to Ra 0.2 µm
Wire diameter: 0.25 mm
