Vertical turning
Reliable production of precision turned parts in large series
Vertical turning, an ideal process for turning deep-drawn, stamped semi-finished products and forgings.
The CTV-250 vertical turning machines from DMG Mori that we use have outstanding features for reliable and economical series production:

Milling
Precision milled parts in series
Precision, flexibility and reliability in series production are our challenge
With our modern and automated CNC machining centers, we are optimally equipped for the production of sophisticated milled parts in series. We even produce complicated free-form parts economically under series conditions.
Thanks to clearly defined processes, we achieve short throughput times and thus offer you a high level of adherence to deadlines.
We process almost all materials, from non-ferrous metals to hardened steels.
Possible dimensions:
Our machinery allows us to manufacture workpieces with maximum dimensions of 800 mm x 800 mm x 550 mm.
As part of call-off orders, we take over the warehousing of fixtures and production parts for repeat orders and ensure a reliable supply.
Turning
Precision turned parts – samples, small batches, series
We manufacture turned parts as samples and in small series for a wide range of requirements.
With our modern CNC lathes, we manufacture economically and precisely. Driven tools are used to perform various operations such as milling, drilling and thread cutting.
For particularly effective production of series parts, we use our flexible robot cell, developed in-house, to load the automatic lathe.

We process almost all materials, from non-ferrous metals to hardened steels.
